Ginger tea is warming and comforting! It also naturally reduces inflammation, relieves nausea, promotes good circulation, is calming, and can aid in digestion and food absorption.
This herbal tea is high in Vitamin C and other antioxidants. It promotes healthy, hydrated skin (perfect for blustery, cooler weather!), and helps to reduce headache pain and dizziness. It also is an effective anti-stress herb!
Lavender is a super balancing herb--in any form! A warm lavender tea is one of our favorite ways to take it in! It is effective in relieving anxiety, issues with the gastrointestinal system, promotes good, deep sleep, and can be useful in treating chronic pain!
This tea is a spice-y, warming beverage! In Ayurvedic medicine, cardamom is a wonderful addition to any diet for many reasons. It can be used to improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, to relieve cold and flu symptoms, to detoxify the body. Cardamom can also lower blood pressure and reduce inflammation in the body!
